How are you?

As my English study, today I try to explain an easy English word in English.I have heard that using English-English dictionary is good for your English learning so I borrowed  this idea.

At first I choose an easy word and try explaining the word and then,read the  definition of the word in dictionary. Let's get started.

and my answer is...

a tool you use when write something on paper. shape is like stick about 13 centimeter? and instead of using ink, it uses soft lead? core surrounded by wood. 

Maybe I have to write more but already I'm tired so check an dictionary.

Oxford Dictionary says...

a narrow piece of wood, or a metal or plastic case,containing a black or coloured substance, used for drawing or writing

Oh..only this??
